Diane and Mr Stoke were my insurance agents years ago before I got married. I absolutely loved them. When I married I switched all of my insurance to the company that my husband used, reluctantly I might add. The agent with the new company didn’t come close to meeting the high standards that I had been spoiled with by Diane and Mr Stokes. I stuck it out with the other company for several years. After so many mishaps, double charges, incorrect addresses multiple times, accidentally removing family members from policy … and so on… I thought what am I doing?!?! I called Diane back and she knew exactly who I was. It had been 10 years and this dear woman and her husband remembered details about me! They are amazing. Sorry I ever left. Diane and Mr Stokes go so far beyond “above and beyond” there is no comparison that I have come across. I highly, highly recommend Diane Stokes with State Farm to anyone! The best of the best.
