I met Diane through a Google search for a quote on my auto insurance, about a year ago. Today, I own multiple policies with her office. It is not the brand (State Farm) that is at focus here, but her and her staff. “Like good neighbors, they are always there” when I needed them. There is no bot or automated machine to talk to. One of the staff members answers the phone within minutes. Not only I received answers to my questions, but a friendly advice and plenty of options as solutions. I pray Almighty to keep her and her staff healthy because this old fashioned courtesy and true service is what we all dearly miss in our country. I am not a Stokes family member. I am a customer sharing my experience. I am very satisfied with their business and service. I strongly recommend their business!!! Thank you very much, Diane!!!!

Diane has been apart of our family for over 20 years, so when it was time for me to get my own insurance, I knew just who to call. She is loving, compassionate and she really CARES for her clients, that is hard to find . This isn't just her job, this is her passion. Her husband Allen is just as energetic and loving and ready to help you! They deserve 10 stars Thank you Diane for always taking care of us and being a member of the Hall family !
