Diane and Mr Stoke were my insurance agents years ago before I got married. I absolutely loved them. When I married I switched all of my insurance to the company that my husband used, reluctantly I might add. The agent with the new company didn’t come close to meeting the high standards that I had been spoiled with by Diane and Mr Stokes. I stuck it out with the other company for several years. After so many mishaps, double charges, incorrect addresses multiple times, accidentally removing family members from policy … and so on… I thought what am I doing?!?! I called Diane back and she knew exactly who I was. It had been 10 years and this dear woman and her husband remembered details about me! They are amazing. Sorry I ever left. Diane and Mr Stokes go so far beyond “above and beyond” there is no comparison that I have come across. I highly, highly recommend Diane Stokes with State Farm to anyone! The best of the best.

Mr. Stokes was very helpful and curtious on answering all my questions. We had a great conversation on other subjects. Would definitly go back if any questions would come up and I know Diane and Mr. Stokes would have the answer. Outstanding insurance agent that will watch your back when clients have questions to ask. I met Diane through a Google search for a quote on my auto insurance, about a year ago. Today, I own multiple policies with her office. It is not the brand (State Farm) that is at focus here, but her and her staff. “Like good neighbors, they are always there” when I needed them. There is no bot or automated machine to talk to. One of the staff members answers the phone within minutes. Not only I received answers to my questions, but a friendly advice and plenty of options as solutions. I pray Almighty to keep her and her staff healthy because this old fashioned courtesy and true service is what we all dearly miss in our country. I am not a Stokes family member. I am a customer sharing my experience. I am very satisfied with their business and service. I strongly recommend their business!!! Thank you very much, Diane!!!!

I have had the pleasure of having insurance with Diane Stokes office since I moved back home in 2017. They treat you like family. Mr. Allen and Mrs. Diane are very professional and any concerns or question you have they are right on it. Love them.
